- ½ finely chopped white onion
- ½ chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro

- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- black pepper, to taste
- 8 strips of bacon
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil

Step 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Scoop
Using a knife, cut around the pit of each avocado, separating the halves. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh.
Step 3: Mix and mash
