Make the mixture

Step 1

Mix the chicken soup, chicken, onion, celery, bread crumbs, and  poultry seasoning.

Use a large skillet to melt shortening. Place the croquettes in the shortening and cook them until they turn brown.

Mix the remaining chicken soup, poultry seasoning, and milk. Heat this mixture over low heat while stirring occasionally.
