A Taste Of Korea With A Popular Korean Fried Chicken Recipe

We have all types of chicken recipes, from Japanese and Italian, Thai and Mexican, to even Indian and Chinese. But, this is my favorite Korean fried chicken recipe.

What Is Korean Fried Chicken?

In fact, this dish has become so popular that it is now known as “Korean fried chicken” or “KFC” in some countries.

– chicken drumstick – eggs – Salt and pepper  – Oil  – onion  – soy sauce – garlic  – red chilli pepper powder – rice vinegar and more .............

Step by Step

Cut The Chicken

Step 1

Cut them in half, and then cut each half into 3 or 4 pieces, depending on how big you want the pieces to be.

Mix

Step 2

Mix up all the ingredients for making the chicken coating mixture. Be sure to taste before putting in the chicken pieces.

Coat The Chicken

Step 3

Dip the coated pieces in an egg wash and re-dip the chicken pieces in the coating mix again to get a thicker coating.

Flip the chicken pieces over and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Drain off any excess oil.  You can also fry them twice.
