Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 C).

Cut each piece of kosher chicken into 3 strips and set them aside on a plate. In a separate bowl, combine the salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.

Crack the egg into another bowl and beat with the water mixed in. In the third bowl, mix the cornstarch with kosher salt and pepper to taste.

Dredge each kosher chicken strip in the egg mixture, then in the kosher salt-cornstarch mix until fully covered. Then, dip into the seasoning mixture
