Preheat your oven to 300F. Grab your sub rolls and cut them through the middle so you have halves of each sub...

Grab a bowl and add your mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic powder.. Heat some oil in a skillet and cook the mixture for around 5 minutes....

Assemble your subs

Put the rolls onto the sheets. Now spread some alfredo sauce onto both the top and bottom of the sub rolls. Layer your bottom roll with the mushroom.

Place the subs in the center of your preheated oven for around 10 minutes. It may be slightly longer or shorter, depending on how crunchy you like...
