This is a very versatile recipe, and it can be made with any chicken or even with turkey. The only important thing is to use the right kind of flour that will make the chicken crispy and the biskits soft and chewy.

· All-Purpose Flour · Baking Powder · Baking Soda · Powdered Chicken Bouillon · Poultry Seasoning · Kosher Salt · Fresh Ground Black Pepper · Crispy Chicken Skin Bits – Optional

Step by Step

Make the mixture

Step 1

Melt the butter mixed with garlic powder and poultry seasoning. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk them well enough to combine fully.

Cut the chicken fat into the flour using a pastry cutter or a butter knife.  Add in buttermilk and mix thoroughly.

Place the dough on a well-floured surface and pat it into a thickness that you would like your biscuits to have

Put your biscuits in your ready baking dish and brush the tops with melted butter. Bake them for 15 minutes or until they are fully cooked.....
