This dish was created because the chinese restaurant owner wanted to make sure that the chicken meat was as tender as it should be, so he coated the chicken with egg white and melted butter.

- Chicken nibbles,  Legs or -- Thighs - Fish sauce - Garlic powder - Onion powder - Black pepper - Flour - Cornstarch - Eggs - Salt - Oil and more ........................

Marinate

Step 1

Use a bowl to mix eggs with fish sauce. Add the chicken pieces to the egg mixture marinate it for at least 2-3 hrs maximum....

In a large wok or fryer, heat up the oil until it hits 180 degrees C; add the chicken pieces one at a time and fry for 15 minutes or until fully cooked

Make the sauce

Melt butter in low heat and add garlic once it melts. Allow the garlic to cook  and turns brown. Add sugar and mix well until it dissolves but is not caramelized. Remove it from heat.
