Prepare the coating

Grab a bowl and add the chicken, cheese, egg, half of the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix the ingredients well

Grab portions of the chicken mixture and press down to around 1/4″ thick and place on your parchment paper. Place the sheet into the freezer....

Now dip each dinosaur nugget into your butter and breadcrumbs mix, ensuring each nugget is completely covered.

Place in the preheated oven for around 30-35 minutes. It may be slightly longer, or slightly less, depending on how thick your nuggets are...
