- 1 cup of Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. of parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions
- Prepare the coatingGrab a bowl and add the chicken, cheese, egg, half of the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix the ingredients well. In another bowl, add the other half of the breadcrumbs, along with the butter and mix well.1/2 lb of ground chicken, 1 cup of Italian breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp. of parmesan cheese (grated), 1 egg, salt (to taste), pepper (to taste), garlic powder (to taste), onion powder (to taste), 2 tbsp. of butter (melted)

Now place the sheet into the freezer until slightly firm (this should take around 20-30 minutes).

Now dip each dinosaur nugget into your butter and breadcrumbs mix, ensuring each nugget is completely covered. Then place onto a baking sheet. Repeat until all nuggets are covered.
