Cut the Chicken

Cut them in half, and then cut each half into 3 or 4 pieces, depending on how big you want the pieces to be.

 Mix up all the ingredients for making the chicken coating mixture. Be sure to taste before putting in the chicken pieces.

Once ready, put in your chicken pieces and ensure they are coated fully on all sides.  Dip the coated pieces in an egg wash....

Heat up a good amount of vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown....
