Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp each of garlic and onion powders
  • ½ tsp each of dried dill and cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Beat the mayonnaise and buttermilk together in a medium-sized basin with a whisk until smooth. Next, whisk in the lime juice and chopped cilantro, garlic and onion powders, dried dill, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Blend every element until well combined.
  • After trying the sauce, alter the flavors to suit your tastes. To make the dish more hot, increase the cayenne pepper content. On rare occasions, you may desire a more tart flavor, so experiment with a tiny bit of additional lime juice. Remember that the wonder of making your sauce is that you may change it to suit your tastes.
  • When the flavor is to your liking, transfer the sauce to an air- and watertight container or holder and refrigerate for about an hour. The flavors will blend. When you’re ready to enjoy Bison Wild Wings Southwest Farm, drizzle it over a dish of mixed greens for a second taste explosion or use it as a dipping sauce for chicken wings or veggies.
