- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp each of garlic and onion powders
- ½ tsp each of dried dill and cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Beat the mayonnaise and buttermilk together in a medium-sized basin with a whisk until smooth. Next, whisk in the lime juice and chopped cilantro, garlic and onion powders, dried dill, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Blend every element until well combined.
After trying the sauce, alter the flavors to suit your tastes. To make the dish more hot, increase the cayenne pepper content. On rare occasions, you may desire a more tart flavor, so experiment with a tiny bit of additional lime juice. Remember that the wonder of making your sauce is that you may change it to suit your tastes.
When the flavor is to your liking, transfer the sauce to an air- and watertight container or holder and refrigerate for about an hour. The flavors will blend. When you’re ready to enjoy Bison Wild Wings Southwest Farm, drizzle it over a dish of mixed greens for a second taste explosion or use it as a dipping sauce for chicken wings or veggies.
