  • 1 1/2 cups Cheez-cheddar crackers
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/4 lbs chicken tenders
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place the oven rack into the lowest part of your oven and preheat to 475 degrees F.
  • Brush your baking pan with oil (at least 2 tablespoons).
  • Add the crackers to a food processor and pulse them until finely ground. Now, transfer them to a bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the chicken tenders to a bowl, along with the mustard; ensuring they are well coated. Then dredge them in the cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the tenders in one layer, without crowding, in your prepared pan. Bake the chicken tenders for around 15 minutes, turning them over once halfway through.
