- 2 small packages of boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- 2 ounces chopped prosciutto ham
- I lemon - juice
- 1 cup dry white wine
- Garlic
- 16 ounces provolone cheese shredded
Step 1: Preheat the ovenPreheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Step 2: Prepare your chickenRinse and clean the chicken. Dredge the chicken in the Italian bread crumbs. Step 3: Melt and brushBrush the breaded chicken with melted butter on both sides to moisten it. Grill the chicken for at least 5 minutes on both sides, or until done.
