Ingredients for the sauce

- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 tablespoons cake flour
- 3 cups heavy cream, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fine salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese, finely grated
Ingredients for the Alfredo
- 1-3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts, cubed
- 16 ounces angel hair pasta
Cook your chickenTo start, heat some olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Season your chicken with salt and pepper.Then, add your meat to the heated frying pan and fry them for roughly 8-10 minutes or until it's fully cooked. The chicken should be beautifully browned on all sides.Once cooked, drain the chicken on a paper towel to remove the excess oil. 1-3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts, cubed, Salt and pepper, to taste
Make your Alfredo sauce rouxIn the same pan as you fried the chicken, add the butter and garlic and cook them over medium heat. Once the butter is melted and the garlic has softened, whisk in the flour quickly.Then, remove the pan from the heat. Slowly add the cream while whisking continuously. Finish your sauceOnce your cream is fully incorporated, place it back over medium-low heat and cook it until it thickens. Cook the angel hair pastaBring a large pot of water to a boil with salt and some vegetable oil. Once boiling, add the angel hair pasta and cook it according to the package instructions.Once cooked, drain it from the water. 16 ounces angel hair pasta, Fine salt, to taste
