  • A stick of butter
  • Several tablespoons of olive oil

  • Cut the chicken into pieces of your preferred size. You can use any part of the chicken, such as breasts, thighs, or legs. If you are using a whole bird, cut it into pieces that will be easy to cook.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder over the chicken cubes and mix until all the pieces are heavily coated.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Once heated, add your garlic-seasoned chicken slices and fry them for several minutes until one side is slightly browned.
  • Turn them over and fry the other side for a similar time, until golden brown. Ensure the meat is not pink inside, and fully cooked. Season to your taste.
  • Remove from heat and serve with your choice of sides.
