- 4 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless and skinless)
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 1/2 cups of Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 2 tablespoons of butter (melted)
- parsley (to garnish)
PrepareGather all of the ingredients you'll need for this dish. Ensure your oven is preheated to 375 degrees, before you put the chicken into the oven. Also, prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray. Prep the chickenPound the chicken breasts (or thighs). Be sure that they're all a similar thickness, so they cook at the same time. Grab two shallow dishes. In the first, add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and sour cream and mix well. In the second, add the crushed Ritz crackers. Now place each piece of chicken into the first shallow dish (the sour cream) and then into the Ritz crackers. Ensure each piece is well coated. 4 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless and skinless), 1 cup of sour cream, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 1/2 cups of Ritz crackers (crushed)
BakePlace the chicken pieces into your prepared baking dish from earlier. Before placing into the center of the oven, pour over the melted butter. Bake for around 3o minutes (it may be slightly longer, depending on the thickness of your chicken). 2 tablespoons of butter (melted)
Enjoy!Leave to rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle parsley over the top of the chicken. Slice and serve. Enjoy! parsley (to garnish)
