- Ingredients
- 10 oz Box Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour
- 6-8 ” Soft Flour Tortillas
- 2 LBS. Fresh Chicken Tenders
- 1 C Buttermilk or milk
- 1 C Shredded Cheese
- 1 Avocado
- 1 C Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- ½ C Ranch Dressing
Soak the chicken in buttermilk for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Heat your oil to 350 degrees F.
Remove the chicken from the milk and discard it.
Place your Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour into a dish, large enough to coat each piece of the chicken entirely. Shake off the excess flour.
Fry the coated chicken for about 6-8 minutes, or until it is fully cooked through and the juices run clear. Do not overload the pan or fryer.
Allow the cooked chicken to cool slightly, and then slice it up into bite-size strips.
You can serve your sliced chicken with tortillas. Begin to assemble them and top them up with cheese and avocado slices; then drizzle with ranch dressing.
Serve them hot and enjoy!
