Today we're going to be looking at a Knorr cheddar broccoli rice with chicken recipe. Knorr cheddar broccoli rice is the perfect side dish, and it goes really well with chicken. Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet of Knorr Chicken Broccoli Rice
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese (parmesan)
  • 3 cups of cooked chicken
  • 1/2 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 packet of frozen broccoli
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare
    Gather all of your ingredients and ensure your oven is preheated to around 400 degrees.
  • Cook the knorr chicken broccoli rice
    In an oven-safe dish, add the Knorr mix, water, 1/4 cup of Parmesan, broccoli, chicken, and onion. Mix well and cover with foil. Place in the center of the preheated oven and cook for around 25 minutes. Take the foil off and add the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella. Place back in the oven for a further 10 minutes.

    You can broil the dish for a few minutes if you want to get a brown crunchiness on the top of your dish. Leave to cool for around 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
