- 5 kosher chicken thighs
- 2 large potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/3 cup butter spread (Kosher)
- Kosher Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Clean kosher chicken using cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Season kosher chicken thighs with kosher salt and black pepper on both sides, until completely covered.
Melt butter in a small saucepan, over a medium heat until melted. Once melted, set aside.
Brush the bottom of an ovenproof dish with some of the melted butter.
Line up kosher chicken thighs skin side down evenly in the dish.
Top each kosher chicken thigh with another tablespoon of the remaining melted kosher spread.
Put potatoes chunks on both sides of the kosher chicken.
Bake kosher chicken thighs for 35-40 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Kosher chicken should be crispy outside, while juicy inside once cooked. Take out one kosher thigh piece to test it before serving.
