Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper (to season)
  • 2 chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Prepare
    Gather all of your ingredients and ensure your oven is preheated to 350F.
  • Make the sauce
    Melt the butter over a medium heat in a saucepan. Once melted, add the flour and stir for around one minute. Before the flour browns, add the milk and stir until the sauce begins to thicken. This should take around 3 minutes. Now add the mustard, sugar, sour cream, horseradish, and vinegar. Stir well and add a pinch of salt and pepper to season.
    2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 cup of milk, 3 tablespoons of horseradish, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar, salt and pepper (to season), 2 chicken breasts
  • Bake
    Place the two chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish and pour half of your thickened sauce over the breasts. Bake in the center of your preheated oven for around 45 minutes. Now broil the chicken for a few minutes to help it brown. With the remaining sauce, reheat it and pour over the chicken when ready to serve. Enjoy!
