The Sassy Scotty Chicken Salad Recipe - Option Two

Ingredients
  

  • - One cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • -One cup of chopped celery
  • -Half an apple diced
  • -One tablespoon of dried cranberries optional
  • -Two tablespoons mayo or Greek yogurt I like to use both!
  • - Optional extras include onions, nuts, fruit, etc.

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated in the dressing.

    Serve immediately over greens, with extra toppings if desired. Enjoy!
