Ingredients
  

  • 250 g of tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 8 boneless chicken breast fillets about 2 pounds

Instructions

  • Step 1: Mix
    Place all ingredients (except the chicken) into a large bowl or deep plate. Mix the ingredients well to combine.
  • Step 2: Marinate
    Put the chicken breasts into the marinade and repeatedly turn them over, so they are completely coated. Let it sit in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a medium skillet, heat oil over a medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Serve with rice.
