  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, sliced in half lengthways

Step by step instructions

Step 1: Make the marinara sauce
