Ingredients
  

  • 3 Chicken Breasts Boneless, Skinless
  • ¼ Cup Grapes Chopped
  • 6-8 Slices Of Lemon
  • 6 Sprigs Of Dill
  • ½ Red Onion Chopped
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Green Apple Chopped
  • Cup Of Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • Bread Of Choice

Instructions

  • To cook the chicken, place the large pot on a burner. Add in the chicken to make a single layer. Chop the lemon into six to eight slices.
  • On top of the chicken, add the dill sprigs and lemon slices. Pour water in to cover the chicken and boil the water. Once the water is brought to a boil, reduce the heat to simmer. Cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked all the way through. Turn off the burner and remove the chicken from heat, and set it on a plate.
  • Allow the chicken to cool for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, slice the chicken into 1” pieces using the cutting board and Chef’s knife.
  • In the small bowl, add the Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Whisk together to combine.
  • Using the cleaned cutting board and Chef’s knife, finely chop the celery. Set aside.
  • Next, finely chop the onion. Set aside.
  • Then, chop the apple. Set aside.
  • Lastly, chop the grapes.
  • In the large mixing bowl, add the chopped celery, grapes, apple, onion, and chicken. Mix to combine.
  • Add the ingredients from the small mixing bowl into the large mixing bowl. Mix to coat and thoroughly combine the ingredients together.
  • Serve on bread of choice, garnish options can include lettuce, tomato, or any other garnish of choice. Enjoy!
