  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • 6 jalapenos
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage
  • 1/2 pound ground chorizo
  • all-purpose rub
  • 24 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup ground chipotle powder
  • 1/4 turbinado sugar
  • 1/4 cup ground ancho chile powder
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp cayenne
  • 2 tbsp green peppercorns
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tbsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Step 1: Make your rub

First, you need to prepare the rub. Mix all the ingredients for an all-purpose rub and store them in an airtight container.

Step 2: Marinate

Apply this rub and let it rest for about an hour before cooking the meat. As a general rule, you should try to give the rub at least one hour before you cook.

Step 3: Prepare the grill
