Step By Step Instructions

Let`s start!

Step 1: Prepare The Skillet

Set the skillet on a burner, placing the temperature on medium-high heat. Add the oil to the skillet allowing it to heat up along with the skillet.

Step 2: Add The Chicken

Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper before adding them to the skillet. When this is accomplished, add the chicken breasts to the heated skillet. Allow the chicken to cook on both sides, flipping the chicken breasts. Make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through and that there is no pink in the center.

Step 3: Prepare The Onion

Now, while the chicken is cooking, using the cutting board and Chef’s knife, prepare the onion. Cut off both ends of the onion, peeling off the skin. Then, mince the onion.

This set of knives won my heart. Firstly, the design is simply amazing, you feel like a real chef of a chic restaurant. And what is the quality and sharpness of the blades? You just need to hold it in your hands, it cannot be expressed in words.

Step 4: Remove The Chicken

When the chicken is fully cooked, remove it with tongs or a fork and place it on a clean plate.

Step 5: Add The Onion To The Skillet

The onion should be properly minced and prepared to add to the skillet now. Dump the minced onion in the skillet. Allow the onion to cook, for about 4-6 minutes, forming a sort of paste-like consistency.

Step 6: Add The Rest Of The Ingredients To The Skillet

Once the onion has formed into a paste-like consistency, it’s time to add in the rest of the ingredients to the skillet. These ingredients include orange juice, thyme, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, brown sugar, and crushed pineapple. Raise the heat to high, allowing the ingredients to thicken and enhance in flavor.

A convenient skillet to which nothing sticks. I managed to buy it on sale and am very happy about it.
